A full-house transformation in one of North West London’s most sought-after conservation areas. We reconfigured the entire ground floor and added a rear extension to open up light-filled family living — delivered on time and on budget.
No project is straightforward.
Working within a conservation area, our design needed to preserve the Victorian heritage whilst completely reimagining the interior for modern family living. To deliver this open-plan layout safely, we phased the structural engineering carefully as internal walls were removed. By collaborating closely with local planning authorities, we ensured the new extension resulted as a seamless, natural continuation of the original building.
